Scripting is off
Every screen here is drawn in JavaScript. The file carries no fallback
markup, so with scripting off the page is empty rather than broken —
nothing is missing and nothing failed to load.
iOS shows a local .html in a preview that does not run
scripts. Serve the file over http://, or open the deployed
site, and it will load.
